In February 2023 we were assessed and accredited by the Department for Education’s (DfE) matrix Standard. Every 3 years we are required to complete a full 2 day re-assessment to ensure that we continue to provide the best and most up to date Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG).
Thanks to the hard work of the Emotional Logic Centre’s Leadership team and the outstanding generosity of our partners and clients who gave their time to be interviewed, we are delighted to say that we have been re-accredited with flying colours!
Some key comments from the report were:
All [interviewees] were very positive about what they have gained from their Award, the value of the Emotional Logic concept and training, and their buy-in to it. All noted the friendly and supportive environment of ELC, with coaches who supported individuals with any queries or issues they experienced.
The supportive and developmental environment of Emotional Logic Centre was highly praised by learners on Foundation and Coaching Award programmes. They noted the encouragement provided by their Coach/Trainer, the responsiveness to questions, and for some the opportunities provided for them to work alongside key trainers to develop their practice. As several learners said – “it really is like a family”.
