This week (16th-20th March 2026) is celebrating neurodiversity week. We love the concept of highlighting how our differences make us unique and how this adds to life’s richness!

The Emotional Logic method is a simple concept of basic human emotional biology – we know that everyone has 7 inbuilt emotional states (Shock, Denial, Anger, Guilt, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance) which help us to recognise, navigate and more forward in life. What makes us diverse and unique is the way we personally assign and notice these states in our own world. If you identify as neurodiverse it can have its challenges, and often being able to ‘read’ others emotions is one of them. The EL method is designed to ‘level the playing field’ and provide a way for everyone to communicate effectively with creative emotional conversations.
Here at the Emotional Logic Centre we celebrate neurodiversity by embracing and promoting the importance of personal values, opinions and world views alongside ensuring that everyone is able to access and engage with the concepts. While we have core materials which are used and sold widely to explore the EL method, our Coaches are encouraged to work with individuality and adaptability. Many of them will design and personalise materials or use stories to share concepts and often will encourage clients to express themselves creatively.
Here, shared with permission are some examples of adaptive learning and exploration while discovering how the EL method can promote inner strength helping people to come through life’s challenges stronger.
