Emotional Logic is more than a coping strategy. Emotional Logic is a personal development tool used by people of all ages to improve emotional intelligence in difficult situations. It makes sense of unpleasant emotions. People can then harness that emotional energy to face life’s challenges, build emotional resilience and embrace change.

FREE WhatsApp Support

We’re offering FREE support via WhatsApp groups. Each day for 14 days, you’ll receive a one-page document to read with teaching about emotions and how to adjust to change and challenges in life. You can either think about this quietly on your own or engage with the group and message to discuss what you’ve read. After 14 days the group ends, and you can keep all of the information and pass this onto others or teach your family yourself. Groups are small (under 10) with multiple groups already running. If you or someone else you know wants to join in, please encourage them to sign up.

FREE Children’s books

Support your children and learn together as a family by reading the Shelly and Friends books online for free to children aged 4-9 (Adults like them too!). The books provide opportunity to assist children with processing their emotions during this current time and to open up discussions.
