Support during Covid-19

Emotional Logic Overview

Emotional Logic is more than a coping strategy. Emotional Logic is a personal development tool used by people of all ages to improve emotional intelligence in difficult situations. It makes sense of unpleasant emotions. People can then harness that emotional energy to face life’s challenges, build emotional resilience and embrace change.

Find out more below about our FREE support tools for use during the Covid-19 pandemic and the ‘New Normal’. You can also read our Covid-19 related blogs below for helpful information.

FREE WhatsApp Support

We’re offering FREE support via WhatsApp groups. Each day for 14 days, you’ll receive a one-page document to read with teaching about emotions and how to adjust to change and challenges in life. You can either think about this quietly on your own or engage with the group and message to discuss what you’ve read. After 14 days the group ends, and you can keep all of the information and pass this onto others or teach your family yourself. Groups are small (under 10) with multiple groups already running. If you or someone else you know wants to join in, please encourage them to sign up.

Click to register, we’ll then add you to our list. Feel free to share with as many people as you like as this system has been set up to take large numbers of people.

Please email us if you have any questions.

Testimonials

“A really good course. The course helped me in understanding my emotions and other people’s emotions. It has helped me to feel more empowered in my abilities to cope with difficult times and given me more skills to manage my struggles. Emotional logic is an important way to learn and to reflect on your own and other experiences of anxiety and grief. Thank you so much.”

“Brilliant! Quick to digest it all while working from home and looking after a toddler at the same time. The fact that it was one page of A4 each day and easy to read really helped.”

“Through this course I have been able to move onto the acceptance stepping stone and see all the positive aspects of the lockdown. Although I have no control over what is happening, I can control and maintain my own emotional well-being, find a new way of working in my job and manage shock when hearing new news relating to COVID 19.”

“Really helpful and uplifting. It was good to have bite-sized chunks that we are able to learn from at our own speed.”

If you are interested in how Emotional Logic can help you, a family member or a friend or those in business, then please get in touch so we can talk you through the next steps. You can also buy resources online.
