What happens when a strong person gets pushed to the edge of their limits? All the inter-locking parts of their life come under strain – family, friends, work colleagues. Learning Emotional Logic helps all involved to see through the difficult emotions to their true causes and purposes. Then, each can make informed decisions about how best to adjust and move forward together.
Welfare officers help people to cope with major life changes that get complicated by disappointment, self-doubt and trauma. From leaving home for college or vocational training, to the stresses of demanding work, to the shock of leaving it all behind, Emotional Logic can help individuals and their families adjust effectively.
Post-traumatic stress, survivor grief, irritability, anger and confusion can be helped in a humane and empathic way. Emotional Logic improves communication when memories make people emotionally distant or unpredictable. It helps people discover a new sense of value and purpose to life when comradeship has gone.
A two day ‘Core Level’ course will enable you to use Emotional Logic for your own life, for change management at work, and for supervision. Further ‘Advanced Level’ training by Distance Learning with a telephone mentor and a follow-up workshop will enable you to use the method with clients as an Emotional logic Practitioner, NVQ Level 3 validated. You may go on from here to train as a trainer in your organisation.
