When you have experience as an Approved Personal Tutor, you can start to teach groups of people. Then you will be able to handle the range of questions they may come up with. You need to understand the personal development theory behind Emotional Logic if you are to answer the questions well.
As a teacher you can run day workshops, and lead Learning Clubs. You will be able to supervise the work of other Tutors, and eventually will be able to train tutors. Part of the training involves being an assistant on workshops and Learning Clubs.
If you do not already have a teaching qualification, you will need to obtain 'Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector' (PTLLS). You will be well known to us by the time you reach this Level, and we to you. You may want to start your own EL training business with a franchise.
