CORE LEVEL WORKSHOPS

The day starts with general introductions. We then set the context for how adjusting to change is a logical process, and how that process is also emotional – because emotion is your energy in motion (e-motion) to prepare you and others as you make those adjustments.

We shall use stories to help you learn the principles, and you probably will not have much opportunity to work with your own situations until the very end of the day. The teacher guides you through the Activity Pack, helping you to understand how to use the various resources for your self-help learning after the course, when you can apply the Emotional Logic process properly to help you adjust more constructively to change.

Options for further study will be offered, including 1:1 or couple (or two friends) 'Personal Learning Appointments' if that turns out to be the most appropriate way for you to learn to put your Emotional Logic into practice. Remember, Emotional Logic is NOT counselling. It is a lifelong learning approach to personal development that will help you to face difficult situations with more resilience and self-confidence.
