Emotional Logic for Self-Help

There are several ways you can learn to understand and use your emotional logic:
- At home with CDs or books. Learn at your own pace, and share the CD set with friends or family.
- Join a day workshop to meet with others. Many people do this after listening or reading.
- Join a Learning Club to meet regularly, and all help each other to adjust in new ways. You'll make deep friends like this.
- Arrange an appointment with a Personal Tutor. Emotional Logic is not counselling. A Personal Tutor will help you learn how to apply Emotional Logic in your unique situation. This works well for individuals, couples, friends or family members together.
