How?
Emotional Logic brings your reason and your emotional energy together around naming what is going on behind the situation you face. Card sorting, worksheets and other learning materials help you to see the structure behind what might otherwise feel like chaos.
Why?
When you can see the helpful or unhelpful patterns of emotions within you, and make informed guesses about those going on in other people, you can focus your emotional energy towards useful purposes that build relationships rather than add to confusion. That preserves your energy to adjust when you have slipped out of your comfort zone.
What’s on offer?
You will be learning the language of emotions. Any ‘language’ is there to communicate and connect with others effectively. So, we offer core-training courses and telephone mentors to back up written learning materials, and optional workshops to practice, if you want.
You may think you can learn just by reading, but believe us – we’ve been doing this a long time – it is worth talking with someone about what you are learning. If what you learn about Emotional Logic were obvious, we wouldn’t need to teach it! You will need to practice this new insight. A mentor is trained to help you do that. They will have learnt it for themselves. When you become as excited as they did about the insights, you may even want to go on to train as a mentor in your area, to help others like you!
