You have the option to qualify in ‘Learning Emotional Logic’ regardless of way you have learnt the Core Level – whether by CD set and Toolkit, Day Workshop, Distance Learning with telephone mentoring, or by Personal Learning Appointments.
By qualifying, you know that you know the basics, and can talk sensibly to others about them. We then know that also! This gives us all a firm base for you to move onto Advanced Level Emotional Logic, where you understand how to guide other self-helpers out of entanglements in their adjustment process.
You qualify with 6 Credits at Level 2 by completing the Distance Learning Exercise Booklets and having the marking moderated by the Open College Network. It costs a bit, but we are keen to encourage good quality learning. It is common sense organised, not intellectual stuff at Core Level. Advanced is a bit more demanding, but also it’s interesting, and our mentors will guide you to a through understanding.
A Pass is not guaranteed. There is no ‘fail’ status. In Lifelong Learning your Pass can be deferred, and you then have the option to submit revised answers until we are sure you have understood the overview and purpose of Emotional Logic. An extra fee may be charged for the mentoring and marking needed for this.
